At DayZer0, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you have a DayZer0 account, you can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
What happens when you request deletion?
When we receive a valid account deletion request, we will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete the personal information associated with your DayZer0 account.
Depending on the data associated with your account, deletion may include:
- Account and authentication information
- Name and profile information
- Fitness and transformation goals
- Height, weight, and other profile information
- Meal and nutrition records
- Workout and activity records
- Progress information
- Progress photographs and other images you uploaded
- Other personal information associated with your DayZer0 account
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion without needing to use the DayZer0 application. This is useful if you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account.
Request account and data deletion
Send an email from the email address associated with your DayZer0 account to:
admin.dayzer0@gmail.com
Please include the following information:
- Subject: DayZer0 Account Deletion Request
- Your DayZer0 account email address
- A clear statement that you want your DayZer0 account and associated data deleted
Verification
For security reasons, we may need to verify that a deletion request was made by the account owner before deleting the account or associated information.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify ownership of the account. We will not ask you to provide your password.
What data will be deleted?
When the deletion request is completed, we will delete personal information associated with your DayZer0 account, subject to any information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
This may include account information, profile information, fitness and nutrition records, progress information, uploaded images, and other personal information associated with your account.
Data that may be retained
In limited circumstances, certain information may need to be retained for a legitimate reason, such as complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud or abuse, resolving disputes, or maintaining security.
If information must be retained for one of these reasons, it will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Deletion is permanent
Important: Account deletion may permanently remove your DayZer0 account and associated information. Deleted information may not be recoverable.
